sun moon stars

June Greetings!

The month begins with a New Moon Solar Eclipse. This is the time to finally see what has been hidden right in front of you. Spend the month looking at the obvious solutions to the challenges in your life. There are simple ways to make your life better.

To reveal solutions in your life, use blessthebody.com Karma Cleanse. It will unmask then unblock anything keeping you from happiness. Shouldn’t life be easier?

For those of you new to blesstheworld.com, the blessthebody.com Spiritual Remedies are dynamic waters that carry complex patterns that transform your energetic bodies and your life. They have been in production for over twenty years and are unique in the world. Read testimonials. The solution to your problems may be a click away.

Summer Survival

The standard summer survival kit is as follows: blessthebody.com Radiation Cleanse, First Aid, and Chakra Tonic. And a bottle opener! With the release of nuclear radiation into the atmosphere and ocean, this kit is even more important this year. Sunburn, jetlag, insomnia/anxiety may be worse this summer due to radioactive fallout; and cuts, bug bites, and other vacation casualties may be slower to heal. Give yourself the best possible Summer: let it begin with blessthebody.com Spiritual Remedies.

War

Remember the annual forecast: the Chinese Year of the Rabbit is a peacemaker but the Feng Shui Astrology for 2011 is that of conflict. Even the predictions are in conflict! This has been and continues to be a terrible year for war on the planet. America is actively engaged in three wars and supporting several others. Poor President Obama needs our love and support (not conflict) right now to help him move this country into peace. Work together for a solution.

To educate yourself about peace, see my book (PEACE) WORDS.

To show your resolve for peace, wear Peace Shirts.

For free peace posters, go to RoyAnthonyShabla.com and share with your friends (and enemies!)

Make a difference in the world instead of a dent.

Summer Solstice

The month ends (June 21st) with the Summer Solstice. The Sun is at its peak in the sky and the days are the longest for the year. This is the time to shine! The Summer Solstice is a time of healing the physical body, enjoying the physical body. Let yourself run in the field of grace!

To align yourself with the Solstice energy, use blessthebody.com Chakra Tonic and Gold Light. Let the sunshine in!

Feng Shui

There is improvement in the Feng Shui Astrology in several categories this month. For complete information, click here.

May Summer 2011 be a lasting joy. Best wishes for you and the planet from blesstheworld.com and RoyAnthonyShabla.com.

love and longevity

The difference between French men and American men is simple. French men love to be in love. French men love the chemistry, the brain hormones, of love; they love the regular affection and sex that stimulate those hormones ~ it is a win-win situation. Both the chemistry and the circumstances to promote that chemistry result in good feelings. In France, love is a drug. And everyone is addicted.

American men see love as a trap, a limitation, a loss of identity. Attractive men (both physically and socially) in America remain single out of an underlying fear of losing freedom and selfhood. And sexual encounters without romance do not stimulate the brain chemistry that results in good feelings. Americans are severely depleted in the wondrous effects of love.

American women contribute to this. The How-To-Catch-A-Man books and seminars reinforce the idea of hunt and capture, the women taking the masculine role of hunter (like the perpetually single goddess, Diana) reinforcing men’s fear of being trapped. What came first, the chicken or the sperm and egg?

Biologists who promote the idea that it is natural to avoid monogamy neglect the basic information that humans have evolved beyond the animal brain. The difference between man and monkey may be only a few chromosomes but the result is obvious: civilization (for better or for worse) is the result of that evolution. And monogamy is the mainstay of civilization. And romance is the mainstay of monogamy.

To replace the lacking love hormones, Americans exercise. Physical exertion releases endorphins that are similar to the love hormones for good feelings. In Paris, you would be hard-pressed to find a gym. But in Los Angeles or New York, there is a gym in every mile and a gym membership promotion in every mailbox. The exercise craze has little to do with health; it is primarily supplying necessary brain chemistry for survival (and feeding the low self-esteem issue of needing to look good/never looking good enough). What is lost on Americans is the fact that the love hormones affect your perception of the lover: the person you love becomes more and more beautiful to you as you continue to release the hormones. Without the release of love hormones, nothing remains beautiful in your perception.

The studies of why the French have a lower rate of heart disease than Americans were incomplete: while wine with lunch and dinner do promote certain aspects of heart health, the emotional heart is an even greater factor. Longevity studies repeatedly show that happily married people live longer than any category of single people. Love is healthier than diet and exercise. And infinitely more fun!

Love, romance, affection, regular sex ~ the combination of these cure a whole laundry list of physical and emotional symptoms. While “the turmoil of love” may contribute to suicide attempts (a la Romeo and Juliet), romance relieves the inclination to suicide and other self-destructive tendencies as well as psychological diseases such as depression, anxiety (there is anecdotal evidence regarding agoraphobia; “germaphobia” – see Glee), and OCD (remember the movie, As Good As it Gets?). Hypertension is almost unheard of in France.

The difference between French men and American men is that the French have discovered the fountain of youth. And contrary to popular belief, it is the Americans who don’t like water.

Roy Anthony Shabla review of chapbook:

"a collection of sparingly gestural word sketches that create a keenly drafted interior of one mans home and psyche on a particular day."
"absolutely naked, absolutely genius!"
